The apartment was spotless - cozy, and had a homely touch. It's located right in the heart of the city - only 2 minutes away from the main street - restaurants, and bars. The host treated us like family - providing detailed information - supplies in the kitchen, and great communication throughout our stay.

The apartment at Apartments Ruza was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a refreshing shower. I loved the air-conditioned apartment with a balcony offering stunning city views. It was so relaxing. All the apartments at Apartments Ruza were great, with air-conditioning, cable TV, and a balcony. Cozy and comfortable!
Personally, I would have preferred if the apartments didn't have cable TV. It's just not my thing.

We had a small issue with the shower head leaking during our stay, but the host was quick to respond and fixed it promptly. The apartment itself was lovely and had a quirky, homely feel to it. We especially loved the creative displays of useful information throughout the flat. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a small supermarket just a short walk away. We felt safe walking back to the apartment at night, and the balcony was a great little spot to relax. The host's communication was exceptional throughout, providing us with tips and making a late night check-in hassle-free. The apartment was also spotless and had all the necessary facilities.
